An in-depth consultation of your doshic mind-body constitution. I will measure your original nature (prakriti) with your current nature (vikriti) and see where your imbalances lie (whether it be mentally, physically, or emotionally). From there, I will provide simple, lifestyle recommendations to bring your body back into alignment.
