Our third chakra, the solar plexus, is located at the naval. This power center represents our strength, vitality, confidence and willpower. With the element of fire, it governs our digestion and fuels our drive to pursue our goals.
When this chakra is unbalanced, we can experience a lack of direction, uncertainty, weak digestion...or on the opposite end it can show up as arrogance, overly controlling, and aggression.
This is a chakra I have always struggled with, but now that I am discovering my life's purpose, I feel more confident than ever.
