Our seventh and final charka: the crown! Located at... the crown of the head. It's our consciousness and connection to our highest self + the universe, with colors of violet or white. It's our vessel to the above.
When we are connected to our crown, we are inspired, aware of our dreams, open to signs from the universe (numerology, animal/plant medicine, songs..), and are mindful of our thoughts and actions.
Out of balance, we may be too caught up in the spiritual realm- with our heads in the clouds but no feet on the ground. We might be huge dreamers, but nothing can manifest if we don't take action on our goals. We also may feel overly attached to beliefs and habits, or confused on our purpose in life.
Journaling, meditating, and practicing tarot are great ways to connect with your higher self. Try journaling right when you wake up and see what flows through. Don't put your pen down for a couple of minutes. What you write doesn't have to make sense, but it can provide some insight later. Journaling your dreams is also a great tool.
I love using tarot to check in with myself and my current path. By setting the intention and asking the universe what I need guidance on, I can better understand the energy surrounding me and I am able to move forward with more clarity.
