Our fourth chakra is located at our heart center. The element associated with the heart is air, and it's the middle energy center that connects the physical chakras to the spiritual chakras.
The heart is all about love, harmony, relationships, compassion, and gratitude. Its color can be green or pink. When it's out of balance, we experience jealously, attachment, depression, anger, loneliness, and bitterness.
The heart teaches us to find our internal joy. It's only when we can truly love ourselves, both through the darkness and light, that we are able to authentically spread kindness and compassion to the world.
I encourage you to reflect on the relationship you have with firstly to yourself: are you showing your soul gratitude? What words have you been speaking to yourself?
From here, move onto your closest relationships. Is there an even exchange of energy? Where do the imbalances lie, and how can you make mindful adjustments to harmonize your relationships?
Remember, your internal environment affects your external environment-- it all starts with you.
Use this flow whenever you need to open your heart and discover the love within! I recorded this during the Scorpio Full Moon, which is all about diving deep, feeling our feelings, and releasing all of our baggage so we can create space for the new. Scorpio is about death, rebirth, and transformation.
